CREVEL GARDENS is a multi-layer garden devoted to preserving the native dreamscapes of Texas and indulging fantasy through cut stems. Our efforts focus on floriculture sales and gifting, botanic garden & conservatories, and hospitality experiences.

More than forty-percent of the garden is dedicated to our efforts to protect and nourish native landscapes and endemic species of the Trans-Pecos & Edwards Plateau eco-regions. The remaining acreage is adapted for our sales & gifting floriculture program, working botanic gardens & conservatories, guest accommodations, and event spaces.

Crevel’s floriculture program embraces market stems for subscription sales & events, while also seeing to  a not-for-profit gifting program of select cut flowers to recovery communities. This gifting program is funded completely through membership and donations to the garden. Donors in exchange receive seed packets of Crevel signature varieties.

The botanic garden & conservatories are inspired by a surrealist dreamscapes. We cultivate many native species, in addition to select ornamental plants from other ecosystems. The botanic garden & conservatories are open to the public through garden tours and guest accommodations.

Funding for the botanic garden is acquired through visitor fees and rentals of our collection of modern casitas. Our accommodations are available for short-term rental and give guests immersive access to the gardens.

CREVEL GARDENS targets guests from nearby Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Santa Fe & Albuquerque or from communities further away. We offer an environment that is entirely unique from our local competitors.

PRESERVATION
Crevel is committed to enlisting a land & wildlife management agency to determine the suitable acreage of preserved land - based on variables such as soil quality, existing ecosystems, clearings, trees, water sources, etc. - to determine the garden’s qualifications for reduced property tax valuations.

Crevel will seek to qualify for reduced property tax valuations through habitat control, erosion control, predator control, and performing census counts of species to determine populations.

FLORAL SALES & GIFTING
Crevel is devoted to our floral gifting program which is funded entirely through garden memberships & donations. Our goal is to spread hope through the gift of flowers.

The garden will grow a selection of flowers to be given to local recovery communities as cut stems identified below with an asterisk. The garden focuses on communities recovering from physical and mental illnesses, addiction, financial hardships, displacement, and other disadvantages.
